H&R Block

They are nice enough here, provide a drop in service and have had no problems with the work. But the PRICES are the issue! We have been going to this location for a few years now and the prices just keep changing. The 1st year the experience was smooth enough. But since then they keep increasing their prices to unreasonable amounts. And they don't provide a clear price breakdown. We went in this year expecting to pay the same amount as last year but came out paying double. To be fair our taxes were more complicated this year - but at the least you should let your clients know from the start. Keeping loyal clients requires a better long term business sense.

The drop off service was a breeze this time around! I submitted and labeled all my tax documents and got an email back from my tax expert (Song W.) after 3 business days to confirm some things for my claim, and then it was ready. Easy, quick and efficient. She even gave me tax tips regarding having multiple employers and filing for medical bills. Very happy with the service. Thank you!

I have been doing my taxes here for a few years now and each experience continues to get better and better. I highly recommend going here it doesn't matter who you get to work on your taxes Mehjabeen, Raj or Sung they are all extremely knowledgeable easy to interact with and very eager to help. As mentioned in my survey response after filing taxes - my husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service we receive from Hu0026R and our tax expert Song.
