08-08-2023 01:53Everyone I've ever dealt with at Palmer Salmon has been exceptional. Kevin, Michael and David in particular seem to know everything and anything about insurance and the team has always been extremely helpful in giving advice and setting up policies. And they're nice people too.

07-11-2023 00:54I had been with Intact for almost fifteen years. I thought I was receiving good rates and good service until they cancelled my policy right after the hail storm. as I was about to claim a hail damaged vehicle. So much time, back and forth, and extra fees just to get a policy back. I was exhausted and at a loss. Dealing with a big tycoon is sincerely dehumanizing. Thankfully I stumbled upon the Palmer Salmon Instagram page and decided to give them a try. I phoned in and a broker named Ryan baker answered my call for help. He was kind patient and attentive. he immediately took note of my needs. Through a lengthy and honest conversation we worked through multiple policies until we found the one best suited for me. a policy I could not only deal with but be happy with. Ryan baker has been my broker ever since and I could finally say I’ve found a broker and a company I am happy to work with. Thank you Ryan baker you have my prolonged and continued support

02-27-2023 04:51Terrible I was in the Registry they own Registries direct and the girl I was talking to was Poorly trained for a Registry agent u0026 was abusive from the moment I walked up. Gave me a very difficult time over a transaction that should have been easy u0026 short. Ended up speaking with Manager who was nice. Except the staff in there had absolutely no respect for her u0026 kept interrupting the conversation I was having with her To basically Bully me u0026 yell at me u0026 throw insults at me. The original girl I spoke to told me the email from the official traffic courts email didn't say what it actually said u0026 when I took my phone back to read it back to her u0026 it contradicted her assertions she then started yelling at me to leave. I then suggested it was better if I just spoke to someone else u0026 that's when she decided to get her manager. Over all I was abused u0026 belittled by 3 different agents while I was there u0026 never got the Registry services I went in for. The next morning I went to a different Registry office with all the same documents and was in u0026 out with my renewed DL in less than 15 minutes. I'm not sure what the customer service is like in Palmer Insurance, but there are 3 Registry agents working there that are Poorly trained u0026 have no business dealing with customers at all. They all should be fired. I've worked in customer service for over 35 years u0026 8 of those were in auto industry and several years in sales managementu0026 those 3 agents wouldn't have lasted a heart beat at at any place I have ever worked had they treated a customer the way they treated me. So if you're looking for Registry services Do Not go to Registries Direct owned by Palmer insurance
