The customer service I experienced yesterday was inexcusable and left me feeling upset. I wish I had the names of the young ladies attempting to help me. The girl behind the counter seemed to be more genuine and understood what I was looking for while the girl on the floor was disgustingly fake and rude. I shop at body shop a lot. I love their products and that they are against animal testing, which is why I choose to spend money there on a regular basis. It's unfortunate that now I have to reconsider my loyalty after being treated like an idiot. I was pestered and asked if I needed help multiple times (I like to shop on my own accord, if I say I don't need help, leave me be) After the third time I was asked, I reluctantly decided to ask a question about face washes. I'm looking for a wash to remove my make-up without having to use a make up remover before hand since I like to wash my face in the shower-- simple, one step. The current face wash I use leaves residual make up, I just wanted a better one that removed my make up better. They do exist! After specifically saying I didn't want to use a make up remover, the girl tried selling me one. It was a greasy butter make up remover and told me I need to use that plus a face wash after. Exactly what I said I didn't want. When I looked at a another product asking her the difference between the two, she seemed annoyed with me and began explaining it to me in a tone like I'm some kind of a moron. She actually had the nerve to say do you get it? Yup, I get it girl, and that's why I left. She quickly tried to change her tone but it was too late and I'll never come back. Maybe she doesn't like her job and deals with rude customers a lot but I don't think I did anything that deserved being spoken to the way she spoke to me. I gave two stars because the company and products are decent. Service was deplorable. I was ready to spend money in your store but obviously I'm too stupid to shop there. Currently researching other companies and cruelty free products. Will not return.

Just became a new fan!!! I just used their Exfoliant Scrub u0026 Daily Cleanser for Combination/Oily Skin recommended by Kareena who was very knowledgeable in all the products and their use!!! Can't wait to purchase the full line

The sales associates are always very knowledgeable and willing to help. I was helped by Mariam today and was very friendly and provided me with an excellent experience. The store itself is always neat, tidy and merchandise nicely. The products are phenominal and animal cruelty free. They also provide excellent sales like buy 2 get one free. The point system they offer adds up quickly as well. Pretty much every couple months I get $10 free. I use the aloe vera face cream. It goes great under face make-up and doesn't make the skin sweat underneath. I have sensitive combination skin and this cream is not oily and is very soothing. I would highly recommend this store and it's sales associates. A special thanks to Mariam for providing great service.
