Very bad customer service. I called chatr and they said I should go to a Chatr customer service kiosk to change my faulty SIM card for free. The guy asked me to pay him. I told him what they told me on the phone. I told him do you want me to call them? He said yes. I called them, they wanted to speak to him. He said he does not want to speak to them. Then over the phone service gave me credit to pay him, so I went back to him, he doubled the price. Also, although the kiosk has the COVID screens, he was not observing any of that. There was a family with kids, and he was centimetres away from them talking to them with no masks, and ignoring the screen altogether. NOT RECOMMENDED, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Chatr is overall better than freedom mobile! Can be very busy at times that they should have two staffs working. There was a promo going on for new customers. Took advantage of that and got the first month free! Depending which staff you deal with you can have a good experience.

Cheapest iPhone XR screen replacement I could find. Quality appears to be better than the last screen repair I did which did not last. Fast service on a statutory holiday.

well they did it again this time at Christmas we paid our bill December 24th and have the bank statement to prove it yet they have no record that they took our money money is missing from our bank so what happened? And because of the holiday the problem is still not fixed. We called 611 they told us to file a fraud complaint with our bank. This isn't even the first time something happened with this location. One time they sold us a phone that stopped working shortly after we got it home we tried returning the product and we ended up getting a brand new phone through the better business bureau but it was a huge ordeal.

Don't not buy a phone from this location. They don't care about customer service, they only care about getting the sale. Bought a phone here last week and wasn't told that we only had 24 hours to return the phone if there is any issues by the dealer. Within a week phone starts having issues and they refused to do anything about it because I was pass the 24 hour period. Asked to speak to a manager and the dealer said he was the manager. Asked to speak to someone above him but he said there wasn't anyone higher then him. I pointed out that when I first got there he said he was calling his manager and that's who I wanted to speak to. Dealer refused to provide the number saying it was the owner and he doesn't deal with customer. Would have given them no stars but I have to give at least 1 star to post the review.

I frequent this Chatr location to pay a phone bill and found out that they also repair phones. I took 2 old phones to Adnan to repair and he did a wonderful job. They were repaired in less than 2 days, just in time for me to take them with me before I travel for the holidays. He displayed great customer service and I highly recommend his service. I went to this kiosk to have my phone screen fixed about a month ago. At that time phone was fixed in a reasonable period of time for a good price. I decided to bring in my old phone to have it fixed as a backup. Second Phone was not fixed for the advertised rate and didn’t come with the screen protector as was offered in the ad. Went back a third time as I broke my screen again like a klutz. Talked to Ahmed about how he charged me more than advertised the previous time I had been there and didn’t put on a screen protector. He then told me he didn’t charge me the price that he did and tried to charge more then he did a month ago. He eventually agreed to the previous price and fixed the phone When I went back to pick up the phone he did not stick to the agreed upon price and charged me more anyways. Would not recommend this kiosk. Ahmed makes up his prices on the spot clearly and doesn’t keep his word. Do business with someone who conducts themselves like a professional.

Did a good job replacing the screen on an old Samsung S9 of mine.
