Freedom Mobile

Went in the help my son get a new phone and cell phone plan. Was both our first time dealing with freedom Mobile and have no complaints. The plans where very straight forward and no hidden costs and fees. Everything is upfront with what the plan will cost and the added government fees etc. Son is very happy as well as he know exactly what his monthly cell phone bill will be with no increases.

I went into this shop recently to see if my phone that isn't sold in Canada would work on Freedom. Pratik (apologies if I got that wrong) was super helpful and was happy to put his own SIM card in my phone to verify that it worked. He also answered all my questions about the network and porting my number over. That customer service (as well as Freedom allowing 5G and VoLTE on my US phone) convinced me to switch providers on the spot. Thanks!

Nice quiet little store. Sold last Nexus 6 to the guy in front of me, but reserved one at their other store. Moved my line over and got new SIM card quickly and without fuss. Would come back here rather than going to mall in the future.

Adarsh, who handled our new device and phone activation, was very helpful and suggested the most appropriate plan. He helped us to set up the device and activation of the new line as well. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly outlet.

Worst freedom store in Edmonton. Zero customer service always empty selling opened phones to customers . Ripping off people of their money for their good . Please avoid this store in if you don’t wanna be ripped .

Awesome pricing of plans. Got my s10+ for zero down and the ear buds at half the cost. Customer service was excellent. Thank you Sam for making the process of adding a phone easy and letting me know about the best deals freedom has to offer. Would defenitely recommend to my friends.

I got a brand new Google pixel 3 and it didn't work out of the box I put in the new SIM card did The Sims switch and it still did not work I went to the store and the guy was rude and said if I ever needed a new sim cost me $10.50 I called customer service and they refused to give me a free SIM card on my brand new phone worst customer service ever. I went to another freedom Mobile store in 2 minutes I had a new SIM card and my phone works.

Great customer service from Zyad. He helped set up a used phone my son had purchased. As my son had forgotten his pin # with freedom, after asking a bunch of security questions, my boy was up and running. Accessing the location can only be accomplished by heading south on 149 St (look for the Apache Seed sign) or west on Stony Plain Rd. Still, it's better than getting lost in a mask looking for the location.
