07-30-2023 01:58Worst experience on a repair. Told 4 days in a row that we would get a call back. Found out that the technician was not even in the office. She lied to us about talking to the technician, he was not even there. Went to pick it up after a week, they did not have it for pickup. Went back the next day and waited a half hour for her to bring it. As one business owner to anyone out there, I would not recommend them at all. I made a complaint to head office and hope they make changes to staff. Staff that lies to customers is not good business.

You turned a stressful day into a much better one. I will always be coming here for all my future technical services.

05-16-2023 12:32I generally do not give one star reviews, but so far my service has been terrible. I have a water damaged Nintendo Switch, and brought it to them for diagnostics. I was told it would be up to a week to diagnose, which seemed quite long initially. After a week I received no phone call, which prompted me to call. I got the impression that it was a general oh it is water damaged? this is the cost, without any real diagnostics response. I told them I was not interested and went by to pick the device up the next day, but they were not there even though I was 15 minutes after their open time, and there was no answer on the phone. I had second thoughts after and decided I would have them repair the device. BIG mistake. They told me three days to repair the device if they could. It has been two weeks, and I regularly phone and get a let me call my repair tech, he says it will be two days answer every time. If they see this review and are able to actually satisfy me, I will change the rating. Good luck!

04-14-2023 08:28I was not impressed. I did get a battery replaced in an iPod. It works fine. I took another iPod in and never heard a word. Was over a month. I called and left 2 messages- thought they went out of business. I drove there and a sign in the window said “Back in 15 mins”….. Finally- talking to someone face to face. Found the iPod but didn’t know anything/ if repair happened or was complete. I asked for it back since it still wasn’t working. She wouldn’t let me have it until she she “checked with technician” “I will call you tomorrow by noon!” She said. Of course no call. I drove back picked it up. No charge as they didn’t fix it. 6 weeks no communication. I would try elsewhere.

04-05-2023 16:45My Samsung A70 was not charging. I told the clerk the issue and he was able to fix it within 10 seconds by pressing on a certain area of the phone. Apparently it is a common issue. He did not charge me for the service. Very helpful staff u0026 knowledgeable. Did not make an appointment for this. Recommend.

03-05-2023 14:44I have Roger's device protection I've had my screen fixed before. Other times, I've brought my phone to a select location and they've been able to fix my screen in a few hours. Not this place, do not bring your phone to get fixed here if you have a Samsung, the service is very slow. I selected this place because they were on the device protection list. I brought my phone in and the lady told me their Samsung program on their computer was down, so they could not start my repair until it was working again. I said okay, how long? And she told me one to two days! I was willing to leave my phone for a day but, for two days I thought was strange because I've had screens fixed in hours before. I called the next day and she said their Samsung program was still down. She spoke with the manager and they said their was nothing they could do on their end and it was Samsungs problem. I said why be on the device protection list then if you can't fill out service requests for Samsung. They then told me I could pick up my phone and bring it back when their program is working again. Are you kidding? I already drove in the cold and icy snow weather 20 mins to bring my phone and they want me to pick it up and then bring it back when they get their program working...I then called another place and they told me they could fix it in a few hours so I told them I would come pick up my phone. When I got there I saw a sign on the door that said be back in 15 mins so they wasted more of my time, and I was not the only customer showing up and seeing they were closed. Anyway, if you have device protection and a Samsung phone, do not bring your phone here, it is a huge waste of time.
