07-25-2023 12:23Front desk staff appears useless when it comes to booking appointments. I was referred to VRC by my family doctor about 2 months ago. I called to VRC to book my 1st appointment and they informed that I will receive a text early Jan 2022 informing me of the date. I have followed up with them multiple times to provide me a date, however, apparently they don’t care to respond. I understand that there are wait times, however, I fail to understand what is causing them so long just to provide a date of first appointment!!! Extremely disappointed with the whole process!

05-19-2023 00:26Dr Victory connected with us remotely after hearing about several poor experiences my partner and I have had over the past three years (previously working with Mississauga and Toronto clinics). I have never had any medical professional in any setting give the care and that Dr Victory has and he has known us for such a short period of time, it speaks to his character and passion for helping people with fertility. We cannot thank him or his team enough.

05-08-2023 21:27We first met Dr Victory in the fall of 2015. He determined I had cysts and severe endometriosis and that was why I was probably not getting pregnant. He performed surgery in February 2016. I was super nervous about the surgery and Dr Victory held my hands until the anaesthetic kicked in which was a nice touch. We had to wait a few weeks to start trying and decided we were going to try for a few months before looking at IVF or IUI. We conceived in February 2017 and just gave birth to a healthy baby boy on November 9th. Every visit we have made to Dr Victory’s office has always been a pleasant one. Mara always greets us with a smile when we arrive and when we are leaving. Dawn and Kim were always very happy and upbeat when I went in for regular checks to be weighed, measured and to check the baby’s heart rate. Diane is an absolute angel. She is the one that first introduced us to Dr Victory and has answered numerous questions that I had and has been an absolute professional throughout our experience. We had to go to the hospital a couple of days before our son was born and there was a miscommunication at the hospital. Diane took the time to talk to me on her own time in the evening and helped to fix the situation at the hospital which we are truly thankful for. It wasn’t her job to do this but she went above and beyond the call of duty to help and she put our minds at ease which is absolutely priceless when you are entering your 40th week of pregnancy with your first baby. Dr Victory is truly gifted and is a master of his craft. I have always felt very comfortable at every appointment and he always answered all of our questions now matter how silly one or two of them might have been. He wasn’t able to deliver our son as he was born in the middle of the night and another doctor was on but he was at the hospital a few hours later to check on us. We also had our son circumcised at the office a few days later and everyone took such great care of him. We truly are very grateful to Dr Victory and his amazing staff. If it weren’t for his expertise and wonderful staff we wouldn’t have our precious little peanut.

04-08-2023 05:43The best of the best! He and his staff have become family. Even though I have had two kids and he was not present for both births he's amazing. He had emergencies to attend to both times. As high risk are at the top of the list. With that being said he still came to visit and has always been there in one way or another. He knows his stuff and gives the best care for you. Along with great bedside manner and so much more he and its staff are the real deal what most try to become.

04-07-2023 04:07I will keep it short and simple. Please get a second opinion outside of Windsor because there are only two fertility clinics, this hospital and one other one and both of them share the same office. Getting a second opinion changed the course of my journey. See a different doctor and validate the diagnosis from this hospital. Please don’t jump into the IVF suggestion immediately, they do everything possible (including making small intervention services unavailable) to gear you towards that path.
