My husband smoked for almost 30 years. He is now 5 weeks smoke free and is doing great, not struggling at all. It’s kinda expensive BUT……when he hits the 3 month mark, it would have cost that in cigarettes so, we will be saving a ton of money and his health.

Just wanted to update my post. Smoke free since 2016!!!! You have to do this! I have been smoke free for 9 months and have NOT looked back!!!!! Rick changed my life for the better. After years of trying to give up smoking I had no luck at all I could go a day maybe 2 than I was right back at it. On June 26 I decided to try Body and Mind in Windsor Ont. Of course talking to people about how they felt about going this root getting comments like , my friend did it and it did not work. I went anyway. Wow I did followed Rick u0026 Patti Saruma every instructions and I am now smoke free for 18 days and best of all absolutely no desire to smoke.
