Bought a Pixel 7 here with the screen protector replacement being free of charge. This is the 3rd time I've come back to replace the protector and Jason could not have been more accommodating. Thank you bestbuy.

Good store but understaffed. Had to wait in line for more than an hour to talk to an associate. It doesn't matter if you came to look for new phone plan option or to just buy a screensaver or a phone case. Same line for all. Only 2 staff at the front and usually if they are assisting someone for a new phone plan its gonna take more than an hour wait.

I went to buy iPhone 14 met an amazing advisor his name is Abhay, exceptional customer service. He walked us through all the deals very patiently.

I bought a screensaver for my phone at this location. And I had a lifetime warranty on the screen saver. Just went in and they said that they don’t have them anymore and I have to get it from the manufacture. But the whole point of having it cost to go to them to have them install it. Do not get plastic screensavers here.

Best buy is a pretty good store. They carry a lot of brands and seem more active about reducing prices u0026 staying competitive. On this purchase they offered some items we were looking for at reasonable prices. We made our purchase. The service was very good. They offered convenient parking. Would say the traction was satisfactory.

Excellent customer service. The guy that helped my wife get a phone was very helpful, polite and went the extra mile for us. Very happy with our experience.
