I went to this business with a Mac that had blown out speakers and they told me it would cost me $120 to fix which is great they gave me back my laptop with working sound so I thought nothing more of it. When I got home I realized they only fixed one of two speakers and simply changed the audio balance in my setting to only play sound on the left side that they fixed. The right side was still blown and they wanted to charge me again for the other speaker which I thought was misleading as I could have gotten them both fixed for less than $240 but they tricked me and only told me what a half job would cost….

Been here multiple overs the last 5 years. Usually me and my family u0026 friends always buy our phones from here. Best prices, best quality, best service.

Had a broken phone, the guys at MS Wireless were so helpful. They went out of their way to help. I will always go there with any phone issue. Great service with a smile, and at a good price.

Had an iPhone X that needed a screen replacement. Expected it to take an hour, the guy did it really fast within 15 minutes. Wasn’t too bad for the price.

I got a screen repair from this store. They give apple genuine screen at very good price as compare to another stores and took just 15 minutes to get repair. I advised you guys just visit Ms wireless if you have any issue.

Took Samsung A71 phone in for connections repair on motherboard. When I got home and turned it on , I realized that they took my motherboard and installed it in a phone that was the same as mine, BUT it had been water damaged . I called back and was told that they accidentally put my board in someone else's phone? Took the phone back, and they brought out my phone body, but it did not have my battery in it. I got what I think may be my phone, but who knows. Talk about disorganized how can you pull parts out of a phone and put them back in the wrong phone. If I owned this business, heads would roll. All I can picture in my head is the technician flinging phone parts all over its laughable..
