Northend Dental

I would give negative stars if I could.... DO NOT GO HERE I was hoping to find a dentist closer to home so I tried Northend Dental and they are TERRIBLE!!!! Horribly painful cleaning and for some reason they said they couldn't complete the cleaning in the hour appointment and had to book another appointment. I go for regular 6 month cleanings and never has it ever taken a whole hour. Then they did a check up and gave me recommendations for thousands and thousands worth of dental work. Which blew me away because again I go for regular check ups and never has my regular dentist said anything was wrong. My guess is they are trying to get money for all their new fancy looking equipment. My 10 year old son also came with me to try them out and needed a cavity filled (which now I feel like was a lie) and ended up traumatized saying that the dentist was swearing in the room and didn't stop when my son was crying and hurting. Up until then he enjoyed going to the dentist. I'm not sure how this place has any positive reviews.

So I han an appointment yesterday to get a chip on my tooth done, and the assistant Naomi come n asked what tooth it was and automatically told me negatively that it was not the tooth recently worked on, even though I tried to explain what had been done on my tooth, but kept saying no no no its not the tooth that has been worked on, didn't even try to say OK well let's see what tooth has been worked making me feel like what I was saying wasn't even worth telling to them. If I ever felt like I was discriminated against, it was that day and from that assistant Naomi. I'll make sure to not have her assist in my appointment the next time I go in.

Like another review said, if I could give negative stars I would. All I can say is: get a second opinion. In two situations now they’ve sent my kids to ‘specialists’ they didn’t need (after I took to another dentist) and who cost thousands and thousands more than a competent dentist who could do the work for a reasonable price. I love the one reviewer so pleased they found three cavities another dentist told her she didn’t have. Yes, it’s their greatest strength - finding things to charge you for.

My entire family has been seeing Dr.Stark for over 23 years and I wish I could give him and his clinic more than 5 stars as the care and attention to my family’s dental care has been beyond excellent. A visit to Northend Dental does make you feel like a special person and the attention you get makes you appreciate first rate care. All visits include thorough assessment and complete explanations. It’s great when he has cameras to show exactly what is happening with my teeth. All I can say to the readers is you will have the best care at Northend Dental as their philosophy is built on advanced cutting edge equipment and the best patient experience to take care of your dental needs. Well done Dr. Stark and staff for the first rate care you have provided me and my family. I actually relax going to your clinic. Congratulations on 30 years.

I have been searching for a great dentist and dental office and I have finally found one! Right from the front staff to the dental hygienist's and dentists - friendly, helpful, kind, professional and amazing. I had the absolute privilege of crossing paths with Dr. Stark who took note of some cosmetic issues with my front teeth and offered solutions. When I went back to complete the plan today I left in tears. Very, very happy tears. What he did turned out absolutely beautifully. If you are nervous at the dentist, go here, they are so conscious of your comfort level. Both the dentists and the assistants. An all around excellent experience. I could not be happier. Yesterday I went in and got composite veneers. I had got the cosmetic surgery once prior in 2008 but, not at Northend Dental. The 2008 experience at a separate office was very traumatic and the initial reason behind switching over to Northend Dental. The exceptional and consistent care provided, from day one, has been my #1 reason on continuing to seek them out for my dental needs. Dr. Curtis Stark not only shows patience with the process in his work but, he remains very detail oriented in his mastered skill. His technician(s) are always quite comforting and have proved they can provide a sense of ease to the entire experience. My teeth have always been my biggest insecurity and dentist visits have always been somewhat of a struggle, for that reason. Northend Dental has been game changing for me. I am so very grateful for the time and support they provide. I would, without a doubt, highly recommend Northend Dental. The front staff are always friendly, the office offers direct billing, consultations are held in private and service is unworldly. Special Thanks to the office and their employees, for the persistence in offering nothing short of the best care and skill, it has helped me overcome my biggest insecurity and has been a huge contributing factor in feeling confident showing my pearly whites!

Dr Rieben did the pinhole surgical procedure to correct my receding gums. I had been avoiding having a gum graft for years but Dr. Rieben was excellent and after day 2 I was having almost no pain. My gums look wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Rieben and this procedure.

I recently switched to Northend Dental and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The clinic has technology that truly elevates the dental experience, stuff that my other dentist easily missed like telling me I had no cavities, then coming to Dr. Stark and he used a high Deff camera and found 3 cavities!! The work preformed by Dr.Stark was PAINLESS and experience tells all! He was personal, he told me every step that he was doing while working on me so I understood what he was doing, not a easy thing to do to someone with zero knowledge of dental. The staff members are not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of warmth and genuine care. The attention to detail from Dr. Stark and his team is truly commendable. They go above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of their work is flawless. I left the clinic feeling not only satisfied with the exceptional dental work I received, but also upgraded my confidence in my smile. I wholeheartedly recommend Northend Dental clinic to anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a high-end and welcoming environment. Oh and one last thing, the billing was super quick and easy, the lovely ladies up front took care of it all! 5/5 I will be going to this office for a very very long time
