Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport

Great location near the airport Breakfast starts early at 6AM, perfect for a quick bite before we checked out to go to the airport for our early flight Friendly staff at the front, too, and the room was comfortable. The only thing was that we found a lighter in the washroom when we entered the room. Made us wonder whether this was one of the cleaning staffs or whether the room wasn't checked properly. The room itself was clean, though.

The rooms and location were great as were the Shuttle bus drivers. The Hotel staff we very polite and attended to all of my needs. Naomi at the front desk was above and beyond in in assisting me with my baggage and storing some of my perishable baggage.

We were switched to this hotel as our booked hotel changed our reservation. Good location. No complaints about the rooms. Kids enjoyed the warm pool. Shuttle service was excellent, and we used them to enjoy going to the train to get downtown. We were avle to check in early. Worst part of the stay was the funky kitchen smell (stir-fry veggies) when we arrived that lingered all stay. Our flight was too early to enjoy breakfast there.

Perfect hotel to stay. Reception is excellent, great communication. Room is very clean an cozy. Breakfast is on of the best! Shuttle is excellent. All great!
