Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Toronto Brampton

I specifically appreciated the service of Hitesh and Shumalya as they were so kind and understanding of my needs as a guest and despite an incident that happened with housekeeping, Shumalya handled it perfectly and made me feel like a valued guest by offering a comp late checkout for the inconvenience. As Hitesh checked me in, he was so nice and prompt, as well as acknowledging me as a Mariott Bonvoy member and giving me gift of appreciation. I would come back to this hotel just for service that Hitesh and Shumalya provided. They know that the guests come first and despite the hotels hiccups, they knew how to compensate reasonably and make me happy overall.

Rooms were very clean, service was friendly, breakfast was good. Only complaint is that the perfume that is piped into the main lobby is so strong, we avoided going there at all costs with 2 asthmatics in the family. Had to have an emergency inhaler called into a local pharmacy to cope for the duration of our stay. The pool area was in need of maintenance u0026 smelled unpleasant. Water was very cloudy. Water slide dosent run on weekdays which would have been nice to know when booking as we chose hotel specifically for the water slide.

The hotel is run down and dated. They are starting renovations - which I'm sure will be nice when they are done. While we were there the hottub was broken and was overheating. It did not feel that the hotel auctioned this concern fast enough. It took several hours and multiple people telling them before a sign was put up. The hottub was not turned off though continuing to expose people to possible injury. I will say the hotel did a great job with breakfast. It was busy when we were there and they kept the food stocked. They also had bacon!!

I chose this hotel because it is pretty close to the Bramelea GO. Although the room is rather dated, it seems like they are trying to improve it with a renovation project ongoing. Service was very impressive, especially the front desk man working in the night shift, who asks us if we have any problems every time we went downstairs. Will definitely try again once renovated.

We had fun at the pool and the breakfast. The lady at the breakfast station, her name is tamara she made sure that my kids are happy and contented with their breakfast. She’s amazing and definitely gives added value to the hotel

My home away from home - I stay at this Marriott often for personal and business travel...without exception staff throughout the hotel are always welcoming and kind, and superbly professional. Its location is safe for late night arrivals and parking. A special thanks to Anneka at the front desk who assisted wonderfully with a printing requirement. I also observed how wonderful her interactions were as she was training her colleague Honey, who is terrific as well. Kudos to the management team for delivering such consistency in client service excellence.

Don't waste your time. This place is scammed. All of them. Even the manager. I will be reporting them. They overcharged me. Told me to cancel my hotel due to them being overbooked. I did for them to overcharge an empty hotel. The manager fixed but only for my credit card statement to tell me nothing was fixed and I was over charged $200. The room stated even inside $220 a night and they're charging $245. There pockets hopefully are full because they're just pocketing your money. Spend it else where.

I have never been so happy with a hotel choice! The rooms were spotless, as were the halls and entry. Our room was perfect for our needs, comfortable and nice to be in. The pool, hot tub, and slide were a hit for my children (the lifeguard was always on duity during sliding hours). Every staff member greeted us upon arriving or leaving the hotel and always asked if we needed anything. When we did require anything, they were quick to assist. The continental breakfast was far superior to other hotels I have stayed at. A large selection was set out, hot and fresh. The hotel provided fresh coffee and tea 24/7. As someone who survives on coffee alone, I was very pleased and thankful for that! I will for sure be planning future stays at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and would highly recommend them to anyone traveling in the area.
