We were not happy with the service provided and took over two months to resolve. Solution was a refund which also took three weeks to issue.

Dr.Ziad Bourji has completely ruined my teeth, let alone “after hour”appointments and no hygienist. I was left there at 3 different app until 9 to 10 pm. He was well aware he ruined the bonding he put on my teeth which was not planned As i had an appointment for implants. I have a book to write on this experience. Bottom line he completely hacked my very white straight teeth which he was aware and did not have the ability to fix what he’s done. I was in tears I waited 6 months to see a top specialist in Ottawa and then an esthetic prominent dentist in Ottawa that completely fixed my teeth within 2 hours.Dr Ziad kept making things worse at each app then gave up and ignored all of my emails. I have 2 reports along with before and after photos written from the prominent DENTISTS in Ottawa in regards to the horrible work performed by DR.ZIAD BOURJI. He is responsible to pay me for what was damaged He has now completely ignored me and the reports sent to him. It’s just petty cash for him to cover for the damage he’s performed. As a dentist Ziad you have been extremely unprofessional. I wanted to add the pictures of what Dr.Bourgi performed along with my completely incredible after pictures of what was fixed from the best dentiste in Ottawa . You won’t belive be your eyes. I will be reporting this much further with pictures.He also promised to cooperate with the reports and before pictures DR.BOURJI work and after picture he received which is night and day my teeth where restored absolutely perfect from the Prominent Ottawa dentist. Once Dr.Bourji received both reports of his mess and pictures he completely ignored me and ignored the invoice which is very inexpensive for him to pay approximately $1,300 and change for ruining anyone’s teeth. I have tried many many attempts unfortunately he has ignored for months now so it has now come to this out in the open to the public. After seeing his before and after bonding on his website it’s enough said he has no ability estheticaly especially someone with bright white straight teeth It’s shocking to see such poor respect to what he’s damaged and poorly unprofessional dentist to have such egoistic attitude. You’d think he would completely be all over this knowing my teeth were fixed properly as a dentist. What type of dentists ignores this ?

I have the utmost respect and confidence in him. I required complicated work that would have required me to see different dentists in order to complete my situation. This dentist was able to do it all himself. I saw Dr. Bourji again and he took wonderful care of me. I have had only good experiences with him. He even fixed one of my chipped teeth in the front so that I'm happy to smile again
