If I could give this Earl’s 6 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. My wife and I dined here for our anniversary and it was lovely! Our experience was only enhanced by our wonderful servers Lili and Cedric! (give them a raise). I would have to say these were the friendliest, most helpful, and upbeat servers I’ve ever had. For an appetizer, my wife ordered the crispy tofu sushi tacos for us to share. To keep it short, it was amazing! When it came to out mains, they were knocked out of the park! My wife got their Santa Fe chicken salad while I got the pulled chicken clubhouse, which was recommended to me by Cedric! Huge thanks to Cedric again, couldn’t be more helpful! Our meals rocked! I’ve never experienced anything more flavourful ever. My wife absolutely loved her salad as well! Our experience was one we won’t forget and we expect to come back soon!

4.5/5 We came to this Earls for friends gathering lunch. The atmosphere is excellent and food is top of notch. All the staff are very friendly and table service were great and fast. We enjoyed our lunch here and definitely will come back to visit again. Hopefully in the nearly future you will consider kids menu, like Mac u0026 cheese or little burger. The food was consistent to Earls-like food chains in the industry. But the highlight was our waiter, Cedric. He was very attentive and catered to our groups dietary needs. There was a mistake on one of our meals and he brought out extra fries for us to munch on while we waited. And at the end of the meal we got a complimentary dessert for the birthday. From previous experience at Earls, it was unexpectedly great service!

Our server's name was Nicole, and she was the best anyone could ask for! Super outgoing and easy to talk to, which made for an amazing dining experience. The manager, Anna, was also super nice and the food was delicious! Overall, it was a great place to spend a night out :)

while the food was average, the atmosphere and view made it a worthwhile experience. The menu offered a variety of dishes, but they lacked that special something to make them truly memorable. However, the real star of the show was the view of the surrounding landscape.

I really enjoyed spending my NYE here. Staff are friendly and attentive, food is great and not too expensive, and their happy hour menu is surprisingly decent. I wish I had taken more pictures, but I definitely recommend Earls.

Cool vibe and great patio. Food was good but the steak (from the steak and sushi) was dry and overcooked and the sushi was basically a very tryhard dynamite roll with too much rice.. The ribs+coleslaw+potatoes were really good. Service was slow. We had a table right behind the greeter. We saw the table needed to be cleared and there were three staff wiping down menus but the table was left untended and it took almost 15 minutes for them to clear the table and reset it.

It's not the first time I dine at Earl's but this is the most disappointing experience. The food and service were great here, except for this particular unpleasant incident tonight. I ordered Surf+Turf with sirloin and prawn. But the waiter told me prawns were out, and offered me alternatives of lobster or crab cake. I told him I just want regular set but he insisted I had to choose from the two options without explaining they cost extra. The waiter explained himself by : I know that's confusing. You can talk to the manager if needed.
