I had a wonderful experience buying lipstick at this Saskatoon Downtown location. I was having a hard time finding a shade that fits me. Hazel was really helpful and patients looking for the perfect shade that match my skintone, she gave me different options and had me tried different sanitized clean lipsticks. I definitely buy again here, Their lipsticks quality is consistent and long lasting and I love Hazel, her customer service is second to none!

I love Mac but the customer service was not there, I was standing there for about 20 minutes before I said heck no to that, workers didn’t even acknowledge me, I was there to get the viral lip glosses on Tik tok I saw there were some people ahead and I waited but after 10 minutes I was wandering what was taking so long the girls had paid already and I had noticed they were talking about a party and wasn’t make up or job related I didn’t mind but after 15 minutes it was kinda annoying and the other lady didn’t even bother helping me I asked if she could help me get a colour since they were in the cabinet but to no answer, there should be new policies to seeing friends it’s nice to see them but if it impacts the work you should make plans not to waste customers times.

I was at this store today to check the new radiant serum tint and I’m so impressed by the knowledge Hazel has about makeup and products. She was so polite and sweet. I felt so welcomed. So decided to give her a shout she is the best person I have met in Saskatoon.

Purchased an item for my wife. During the purchase the Manager Tia said their computer glitched and the transaction didn't go through. I paid with interac, checked my bank record, and it did go through. Tia said it has happened often and in a few days my money would be refunded. It has been 3 weeks now and no return. We have spoken to the manager Tia several times and she has done nothing to rectify this. Talked to MAC as well and they have been no help. My bank is investigating but in the meantime we received NO product yet were charged for it. Worst customer service imaginable, very poor management. This has the feel of a scam for out of town customers. Will not purchase anything from MAC again.

Suuuper gross dusty open lipsticks with way too many missing lipsticks on display. I still buy lipstick but do not trust the testers. Saskatoon location needs to clean during downtime!

I have always loved Mac products u0026 been buying in this store as the staff were accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, on January 2, 2023 at around 5pm, the staff was extremely busy with her phone. She did not even ask if I needed help and all. I asked about a product as I wanted to try it, but she kept using her phone. Got tired waiting for her to finish with her. Left disappointed!

Super friendly staff. Maria helped me find my foundation and it was a spot on match and made some very helpful suggestions and tips specifically for my face. She really listened to me, and heard all my concerns I had for my skin and helped me achieve what I was looking for. Thanks so much! The bonus to all this was they had a promo going on so I even saved some money.

I went into the store today (April 8, 2023) and had the BEST experience. I didn’t get her name but she had purple/blueish hair. I LOVE HER. She helped me find the absolute perfect shade of foundation, recommended the nicest feeling foundation in THE WORLD. This is the first time I had someone at a makeup store not turn me orange and/or put a really dark shade of foundation on me and call it a day. She understood the difference between golden vs pink/red tones. She deserves everything good in the world I hope her pillow is always nice and cool every night and her blankets keep her warm and she gets a raise and starts her own makeup company🥹
