Just received this beauty (Trail Step Elite) yesterday and it rides as amazing as it looks. I have researched bikes for the past year and decided on Fabulous Ebikes. My decision was based on build quality, available models offered, looks and customer service. Lampro and Jimmy have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. If your looking for an ebike you must give them a shot.

Bike worked great for the first summer. Then started to randomly stop working. I do NOT live in the same province as the shop and no shops around me want to look at it. It is REALLY HARD to connect with service. When you do they tell you to send a picture or that they will call you back and you get no follow up. I eventually gave up as the bike was still kinda working. come this summer as it has gotten to the point as it is not even working anymore. contacted through FB they said they would send a part and guess what. Did not get anything and no more answer. So I am currently shopping for a new ebike. I am very disappointed.
