If these people don't know how to work then teach them, if they are not interested in performing then give a chance to some other people who believe in performing Not interested in buying HM

10-17-2023 04:34BIG ZERO On 20th October 2023 around 6:30pm. I went to pick up a varsity jacket which was put on hold by other store. When I talked with sales associate she said its sold out!! First how can you sell hold items? Secondly, the sales associate was showing attitude and laughing around, even manager was saying what are doing? She shows like she doesn’t care. I feel as I was tricked and fooled by them. She said I never bothered about customers. When I asked her to call the manager she got offended, she called security, idk why? Then two managers came in, they were polite but I waste 2 hours in all this hustle. The customer service was BIG ZERO and I feel being profiled.

09-05-2023 07:37When I wanted to return something I bought online, they told me that discounted items can only be exchanged but not returned, and this is the policy of all HM stores. I have never encountered this kind of thing before. The same clothes were returned to another HM store the next day. Very bad experience!

But I have seen that there is 10% discount on first commodity which is a membership discount, my suggestions are there should be the 10% off on total bill amount. This will sound much more customer oriented approach. Thanks

07-18-2023 17:29My one star review was based solely on customer service or lack thereof. I love the variety of clothing and accessories that Hu0026M provides. I appreciate the layout of the store because everything is easy to find. My complaint is with regards to the staff . Gone are the days when a staff member approaches the customer to inquire if they need any help . Gone are the days of getting a greeting when you enter the store. The staff in the Bramalea City Center , in particular the petite Filipino young lady, is always laser focused on putting out stock . If my memory serves me correctly, she said hello once and that was when I realized the folks from H/O was in the store , lol ! No staff ever greets customers, instead they wait for the customer to ask for help and even then it's like pulling teeth. I really hope that they improve their ways and stop valuing customers only when they're at the check out counter .
