The staff at the Scarborough location (Ali, Stephan and team) were friendly and very professional, thoroughly explaining the benefits that are included as part of the Kal Tire service package. Although I was expecting to be there 90 minutes (as is indicated when booking the appointment), they were able to complete it in a little over an hour and provided me with updates on a regular basis, which was appreciated. The facility itself was very clean, including the washroom, which I think would appeal to women and customers with families. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend to others.
