it was a very positive experience. My tires were properly installed as promised at the agreed price. Arif, the owner, was very pleasant and greeted me and brought out a tire to show me for my approval before installing them. The mechanic later came to explain a problem that I was aware of with the lack of a sensor on one of the wheels. Very good service!

First time customer. Very satisfied with the service they provided with competitive tire prices. The place was nice and comfy with a view of your car being worked on which my son really enjoyed.

Went to change my tires for my Camaro on Sept 19. 2023. The staff were very very nice from the receptionist to the workers to the owner all were amazing and the tire prices are very reasonable compared to other locations plus they also do minor mechanical work on cars aswell not just tires. Would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work!!

I did a web search to replace the winter tires on my vehicle and they had the best prices. I ordered the tires online through the website, placed a small 5% deposit and booked a date and time. The waiting room was spacious and clean and the owner was polite and responsive. There were a number of vehicles ahead of me having their winter wheels installed but my vehicle was brought into the shop within 20-30 minutes. The entire process of removing my wheels, replacing the tires onto my existing wheels, reinstalling the wheels took less than 30 minutes. When I got home I noticed that there was an error on my invoice as I needed to send it in for a rebate on the tires and they responded to my email request for the changes within the same day. Excellent prices. Great responsive service. Highly recommended.

1st time customer Nov 27, 2023 for winter tires. - Competitive pricing and selection compared to other bigger name stores and Costco. - Service took around 1.5hours even with me having to select another set of tires due my mistake of ordering wrong size online. - Large enough waiting area that lets you see inside the garage to watch your car get worked on. - Only downside would be that the installation cost is additional compared to others but I assume the competitive pricing makes up for it.

A puncture in front wheel was discovered. It was a slow leak but I was told that it cannot be repaired. I used Google to find a tire shop. Came across ‘Discount Tyre and Auto Centre’ with positive reviews. Initial contact was, ‘how did you come without an appointment?’ I wondered whether to stay or to go back. Please improve your customer service. Apart from this, competitive pricing, nice and friendly business.

So satisfied with the quLity of service. A few weeks ago, I bought a set of 4 new tires. It's we very quickly installed and the price is also very reasonable. Arif is the perfect gentleman to talk. He gave me great tires in the best price.

I purchased a set of new winter tires a couple of weeks ago from discount tire. I also had them do the install. Since the install, I had to return my vehicle to them as they broke the valve on what I thought was 1 tire. This week I'm at my own car dealership having the tires looked at because they are loosing air due to the fact that discount tire broke not 1...but 2 valves. Ah and the icing on the cake is they broke the tire lug nuts as they over torqued all of my tires. SO I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DISCOUNT TIRE. YOU WILL PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES IN THE END....GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE. They do not even deserve 1star.
