I called this place, politely asked a simple question about repairing my vehicle and the man on the other end was very rude and dismissive for no reason. Pretty odd experience. 1 star for their customer service, seems like a very sleazy place. It's funny because they just lost a lot of business, I have several cars in my family and was looking for a new mechanic to get them all serviced as my old mechanic retired. Will be telling my friends and employees not to go here as well.

Great experience all around! My 2015 BMW needed new brakes, and I decided to give Jamal at J-Pro a chance, based on the glowing Google reviews. I'm glad I did. His pricing is competitive, he has quick access to OEM and OEM-equivalent parts, and his service is top notch. Jamal went out of his way to clean/grind the car's hubs thoroughly before installing the new rotors, updated me with pictures while the work was being done, and did an all around great job. I will definitely be back with this vehicle and the other European vehicles in our household!

This shop has been our go to shop for the past 7 years. Trusted and honest mechanic that specializes in exotic cars but services regular vehicles too. Has fixed every problem we have has on our older vehicles and has fair prices. Extremely busy, but takes the time to talk and work on your vehicle in due time.

I managed to get an appointment a week out from when I called. Jamal was professional and knowledgeable and helpful. I asked for an oil change, cabin filter change and battery replaced.
