I have nothing but extremely incredible things to say about this clinic. The staff are so accommodating, fast, knowledgeable and understanding. The entire process was seamless. Thank you for exceeding my expectations with your care. Highly recommend.

My recent visit to Mississauga location was a disaster. Despite a scheduled appointment, the testing process was painfully slow, with an unacceptable one-hour wait. The front desk staff's disinterest and the technicians' unfriendly demeanor made the experience downright unpleasant. Excuses and the constant refrain of This is not allowed added insult to injury. This center urgently needs a serious upgrade in efficiency and professionalism

Claudia and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. It was my first time getting MRI scans, and I was a little anxious about the procedure, but Claudia explained everything to me and calmed me down. She was very patient and friendly throughout the entire process. I arrived at my appointment on time, and there was no delay whatsoever. I want to thank everyone for their fantastic and professional services. Keep up the excellent work! :) ***Updates**** My physician got the MRI scan results within less than a week, you are amazing, and I can’t thank you enough.

I was asked to provide a review after my experience. I have metallic implants in my ears. I notified the office four times. When I arrived at the clinic for the MRI, the technicians had no idea what I was talking about. I had to find the detailed information to provide to them yet again, while wearing nothing but a hospital gown. It was a terrifying experience, the sensation that I could have been seriously injured because of the incompetence of the office staff.

My Dr. prescribed me an MRI and mentioned it was going to be at GNMI MRI in Mississauga and that they will call me for the appointment, that could take up to two months and also indicated that they work 24 hours and it could be possible to have an appointment at 2, 3, 4 or 5am. Last Thursday, two and a half weeks later than the prescription I got a call from them about noon saying that there was a cancellation and they accommodated my appointment on Friday at 5:40am and that I had to be there 15 minutes earlier. I arrived at 5:20am and one minute later I was called for my MRI. It took 40 minutes without any issues. At 6:10am I left the place greatly impressed.

I came in to get an MRI scan of my head, eyes, and ears. They would text me my appointment time which made it really easy to remember what time and date the appointment was. Most places just send just a written reminder. The environment was very welcoming and I didn't have to wait to long to go in for my appointment. They were really friendly through out the whole process of going into the MRI machine and made it a very comfortable experience. Also when asked if I could get a sooner appointment for my mother in law they were able to get her in really soon. Compared to her original appoint which was months away. Definitely going to ask for future appointments to be there and I highly recommend it to other people.

Attendant running MRI machine very pleasant. Clerical staff less so. Waited an hour on hold only to be hung up on immediately. Tried to ask the question via their text on the website, did not receive a reply. Was almost a year wait to get appointment. Office was in disrepair. Seems like there is a lot of room for improvement.

I received a very excellent service and all the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The healthcare provider that handled me explained really well what to expect during the process. I definitely recommend and you don’t have to wait long time. You will finished your appointment in a timely manner. Thank you.
