M Dental

My family and I will never go to any other dentist. We moved last year 1 hr and a half away so we thought naturally it made sense to find a dentist in our new city. BIG mistake!!! I had friends and work colleagues telling me never to leave a dentist you love and they weren’t kidding. I had to learn this the hard way unfortunately but thankfully no permanent damage. First off, Marie, the office manager, has been a sweetheart since the first day we ever joined MDental. She takes care of everything administrative that she can so you don’t have to and is always such a pleasant, positive ray of sunshine. Then you have our absolute favourite hygienist Vanessa who deserves a shout out. We are her biggest fan! She is thorough while being gentle and my kids love her. She never makes us feel bad about our teeth and is always so pleasant to talk to. Last but not least the man of the hour, Dr. Ma. An incredible dentist who has amazing bedside manner and my whole family adore. He’s never pushed procedures and made you feel like he’s trying squeeze all he can out of your insurance. He’s very thoughtful about caring for your teeth and he’s great with the kids. We are officially dedicated to driving 1.30 hrs for Quality. That should say it all. From your first interaction with the Marie, all the way through to Vanessa and then Dr Ma we walk away always feeling so good, so clean and so well taken care of. We don’t care how far we have to drive for quality dental care, we love M Dental and will never leave as long we can keep coming. Thank you all for being such a beautiful experience the last 9 plus yrs!

Dr Ma is the gentlest dentist. I have been going to him for over 20 years and he has made my visit and comfortable. I’m not afraid of dentists due to him.
