Berezan Liquor Store - Cedar Hills

We came from seattle to have some good time with friends. There was a lady I think named Prabha something. First of all, she was not friendly with her tone. I have not seen such a rude person who is not at all friendly and show attitude to customers.

I would rate it 0 (ZERO) if there was option for it:) Lack of integrity. *Learn to treat your costumers as they were humans.

Great service..! I was struggling to find a certain wine Cindy noticed my frustration and helped me out right away, she went as far as to pull the wine for me. Every time I go in she greets me with a big smile and a warm hello.

Im was a regular here untill today. The lady at the cashier is racist and rude i saw her treat another customer of white decent really nice and when it was my turn she gave me so much attitude. Asked for 2 IDs which I presented and she refused to accept my visa as an ID because TD no longer has the name printed on the front of card. I never dealt with her before and this was first time and im never stepping in this store again!

The store manager Jake and cashier Prabh is rudest cashier. They dont know how to talk. Lost a regular 2 year customer.

A lady name Prabh is So RUDE. She asked me for ID and then when I gave her ID. She started a fight and refused to give me a liquor saying that I'm giving her attitude which I didn't. How Can be so rude to a customer?

Awesome service, 3 different employees checked if i was okay while i was browsing. As soon as the line up started they opened another till. Keep it 💯
