January 31, 2023 Around December of 2022 I decided to have my iPhone screen/battery repaired. There was a crack on the screen, no other problems. And I also decided to have my battery replaced with a new one. Stopped in at A2Z to have it repaired. Shortly after repairs I started experiencing a lot of “screen, battery u0026 volume button” problems that never happened before. I contacted them to repair the screen again, and they told me they had put in a new screen “again” which they did free of charge. As for the volume buttons I was told there would be an extra charge. And I requested my old battery be reinstalled as the new battery was dieing much faster then my old one. Once again the screen problems never resolved. Since then I have had problems everyday with the screen not functioning properly, glitching, turning off and on, you name it. And also my phone volume buttons stopped working. SO I stopped in at UBreakIFix end of January 2023. Told them about my story. They opened the phone in front of me and we were all able to quickly realize that not only was the job done improperly but they had damaged my phone even more. It was clear the job A2Z not only rushed but did not handle the phone with care or cared about what they were doing. **There rushing had tore a connection to my volume buttons, we found screws that were not secured properly and completely loose, the battery was also not secured down and the new screen that was installed was not secured on properly as well!** **As for the screen problems they had used an extremely cheap screen replacement that no matter how many brand news ones they would put on ….with any iPhone….. The phone will not work properly with their replacement.** I highly do not recommend A2Z and if your are looking to have your phone replaced I recommend UBreakIFix!!

Went there to get a battery replaced on my iPod. For some reason the battery kept expanding and pushing the screen out. They replaced the battery, the screen and the home button. When I got it back the battery would only charge to about 50%. I took it back and they found that the charging port was defective. When I asked how much it would cost to fix it I was told it would probably cost as much as I already spent, but they would try to keep the cost down as I had already spent a lot. When I went back today and asked how much? They told me it cost nothing. This is going way above u0026 beyond when it comes to customer service. They say you only have one shot to make a good first impression , and they definitely nailed it. I will definitely be going back. Thanks for the excellent customer experience.
