Dr. Kersti Ranken

Love Dr. Ranken! She took care of me for my first pregnancy. Her practice was so busy in the medical building in Cornell and now she's opened up her practice in boxgrove. She gets really busy so make sure if you have any concerns or questions, prepare ahead and ask at beginning of exam. Front staff pleasant to deal with too.

She is so lovely, so polite and always has time to answers your questions. I feel confident she is going to be great throughout the whole process as she has been this far.

She is very pleasant. Great to talk to about information. Very happy to have her . Would recommend her to friends and family.

My doctor sent in a referral for Dr. Ranken at the beginning of my pregnancy, but since her client case was full, I was instead referred to Dr. Pazouki who works out of Dr. Ranken's office. I am so grateful for Dr. Pazouki's attention to detail, care and empathy as I navigated my first pregnancy. She always took the time to ensure all my questions were answered (and I had A LOT of questions lol) and walked me through all my ultrasound reports. Dr. Pazouki did not deliver my baby since she had gone on mat leave, but my care was transferred to Dr. Mui. I wasn't sure I could get any better than Dr. Pazouki but Dr. Mui proved that wrong! She was such an amazing support before, after and during birth. I appreciated her reassurance and cheerleader attitude during my birthing experience. At my six week follow up she had asked if I was breastfeeding (to get an idea of whether or not we would want to pursue contraception) and looking back I think she could sense that I was nervous to tell her that I had switched to formula feeding. Instead of making me feel bad for not breast feeding (which a lot of providers will do!) she waved it off and told me it didn't matter, as long as baby was fed, and she was only asking so that we could discuss if I had wanted to pursue contraception. I truly appreciate how receptive and non-judgmental she was in this really vulnerable moment! This team exemplifies exactly how our healthcare should look in all areas!

Dr. Ranken is a great doctor. She’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. She takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues. Jennifer her secretary is doing a great job with the patients. She's a good listener, respectful and polite I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist.

Dr. Ranken locumed for my regular OBGYN on one occasion and I also had her during my first day in Lu0026D at MSH. She is a fantastic OB who practices with utmost professionalism and has fantastic bedside manner. She was very down to earth and put me at ease even though I gave birth at the peak of the pandemic. She also took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and didn't rush me during my appointment and during labour. She was also very on time for her appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Ranken.

I had Dr. Ranken as my OB for my first baby and had a great experience with her. She was very kind and knowledgeable and always on time for appointments which can be rare for doctors offices! She didn’t deliver my baby as she wasn’t the doctor on call at MSH but she came to visit us when she was on rotation which was a nice surprise . I would most definitely recommend her for anyone looking for an OB.

Dr. Ranken cared for me during my first pregnancy. I am a very tense and anxious person, but Dr. Ranken was patient and addressed all the questions or concerns I always had. I also really appreciate that she is mindful with her appointments, I never had to wait more than 15 minutes from my scheduled appointments to see her. Her approach is optimistic and straight forward. Cherise (assistant) is responsive and returns voicemails within 1-2 business days. Thank you for caring for me and helping me deliver a healthy baby boy!
