Very rude staff!!! Not coming back here very unprofessional!! My accidentaly bumped into one of the staff ( tiny asian girl with black long hair) but then my friend said sorry to her. She just stood there and rolled her eyes at us!! So we left the story immediately..

The staff here for no reason are so mean and judgemental. I’ve overheard them fat shaming customers and they won’t approach people to help unless you show up to the store all done up/you fit their archetype

I normally don’t go into Aritzia but my friend wanted a puffer jacket and shout-out to Hannah she was so sweet and fun to talk to great customer service

I was hoping to find a cute puffer for the winter and I had the most friendly and attentive interaction with Hannah! She was extremely helpful with sizing and making sure I had options. Basically the best experience i’ve had at this store, thanks Hannah!

My wife had an amazing experience at the Mayfair Aritzia. The girls helped with everything she was looking for. The lounge area was greatly appreciated while I was waiting.

Had the best experience with our Personal shopper Robyn!! She was so so helpful and knowledgable about what they had in stock u0026 had specific pieces we requested pulled before we even arrived! It took away so much stress to have a personal shopper looking after all your needs and pulling pieces you wouldn't originally for yourself!

my first time shopping at Aritzia was made easy by the help of Robyn, she made me feel comfortable and listened to my body concerns. if you feel intimated by updating your wardrobe I would recommend the personal shopper experience and highly recommend Robyn as she was warm and kind and helped me try new styles and colors.

Staff are mean and helpless. Manager really need to rethink what girl you want to hire instead of hiring the stereotype. I will never shop at this store. I asked to do a last check as they were final sale. After my check, the tiny tan girl just throw my cloth in the bag and left after saying a “thank you”. And then the other girl next to her said “it’s annoying when they want to check after you have to rip them off”.
