I found too strange, I was told not allowed to try on wigs in store. You have to buy it first. What is the point of visiting a store, I could’ve buy online

Today I met the sweetest lady Pat owner of Allura Elegant Fashions she was so helpful at helping me find the perfect wig for me. Not to mention the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned ! Thanks Pat I will definitely be returning soon . Ginny and Guy

Worst experience EVER!!! Store said open, but door was locked and had to call to get someone to let us in. 15 minutes later they drive up, let us in, show us a few things, answer a few questions, but once they found out we weren't buying anything, they told us we had to leave because they had to go somewhere!!! Wig's are cheap looking, my friend is a cancer patient looking for a few wigs, but we needed a lot more information than she was willing to give us before we even considered a purchase. BAD products, TERRIBLE service, outrageous and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone

I gave good review, even though I think the wigs are overpriced. I drive to Toronto or Brampton and I can get 2 or 3 good quality wigs for the same price I am buying 1 from here. My suggestion is for you to have more discounts and clearance on wigs. Guarantee you would get 70% more business, the population is growing and both black and white girls in the niagara region are getting into wigs now so the popularity is catching up to the toronto side.

LOVE this place! I came in and got a bunch of ponytails and a wig and the quality is amazing! The synthetic wigs look and feel like human hair. I get compliments everywhere I go when I wear any hair from here. The owner is also such a sweetheart! If you’re looking for a good place to get hair, go here! You will not regret it

My experience with this hair shop was incredibly frustrating. I bought a product, and within a matter of minutes, I realized it wasn't what I needed. I rushed back to the store, hoping for a quick refund, but to my disbelief, they outright refused to take it back. The product was still sealed and I still had a receipt , and my request for a refund was within minutes of purchase, yet they displayed zero flexibility or understanding. This lack of customer service and refusal to accommodate a reasonable return request left me deeply dissatisfied with their business practices.

I went to go check out the wigs on Monday and had such a great experience! Pat is such a GREAT character and I feel like I can talk to her all day! I bought two synthetic wigs and I'm in LOVE!!! LOVE. I'll deff be going back to buy more in the future! Thankyou for the great experience! u003c3

I was attracted by the beauty of the store as I was walked by the street and that got me interested. The lady at the store was very welcoming and told me to have a look . She had all kinds and types of wonderful wigsu0026weaves. Her hospitality made me notice a colourful wig I was looking everywhere for .I was very happy I found it . Her wigs have good texture and are affordable. It was a very nice experience actually .
