It's my go to Safeway. I'm super happy they've connected with scene card. I paid .98 for the bread crumbs I bought yesterday. Fun times!

Just rented a Rug Doctor from this Safeway. It cost me $90 for 24 hours. I brought it home only to find I couldn't use it on my rugs because a bolt was missing from the handle making it impossible to manhandle around the room. When I tried to use it in the upholstery setting it leaked water everywhere. Needless to say I returned the machine. The staff at Safeway said they were not responsible for the machine and would note my 'concerns' and gave me my deposit back. That's all. What a joke.

Cinnamon buns baby. Best around. I'd much rather buy a pack of 4 cinnamon buns here than buy 1 at cobs for nearly the same price. And I swear to god the cinnamon buns here are literally better. Better icing better everything. Although that is dependent on who baked them. Some bakers don't do as good as a job as others. But that's alright. What can you expect.

Safeways are pretty much standard so I wouldn't say it's better or worse than any other one. I did see eggs here, I know there's a shortage elsewhere especially in the USA. Domodedochu says eat parsnips.

Picked up a bag of hotdog buns on my way home from work, tried to call them to let them know they should pull them off the shelf but they couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone.

Marjorie at self serve checkout grumbled at me and my kid asking for a price check and then walked and grumbled more when we asked to take the priced checked item off our transaction 'you're taking more off?' !!!! Walked away again grumbling to herself. It was not busy at self-check out, we looked around, she wasn't swamped down with customers just grumpy. I prefer go to self checkout because of Safeways overworked staff to avoid attitudes but Marjorie has been grumpy on more than one occasion.

every employee we interacted with was either rude or stared right through us. man at the self-checkout had his back to us the whole time and then after we’d paid and we’re loading our bags he came up and asked if we’d paid as if he hadn’t been standing there ignoring us the whole time. not one employee offering us help or even said hello at any point. this is a common experience at this location.
