Messed up my drink order at the drive thru. But the lady handing me the order was the most pleasant Tim Hortons employee I've ever encountered. She agreed that my iced coffee didn't look right (looked like just milk). Patiently took the time to get it just right even though it was holding up the line. Wish I got her name, was the morning of May 3rd around 10 am.

Good customer service. The app has decent deals. This location was adhering to Covid health protocols. Clean. Good coffee. Great donut shop for the whole family.
