11-12-2023 19:46Some staff are very friendly, Cheerful, other staff don't understand what you are saying, They sometimes don't make your order correctly, I think 🤔 it's because of that loud annoying beeping machine, constantly going off, you can't even hear anything You have to talk very loud I asked for a smile cookie and when I got home lol oh boy It was a chocolate chip cookie With sloppy icing on it for the eyes and mouth, crazy you pay the money for a smile cookie 🍪 and you get one like that, whoever did it they shouldn't be making cookies, everything else I ordered was perfect , except my coffee and cookie, They really have to something about the noise!!!

04-14-2023 17:23Placed an order through the Tim's app Friday April 28th for an easy breakfast after habing major surgery. Had a door dash driver on the way to pick up my order only for it to then be canceled. Confused, I followed the instruction to call the store to find out the reason. Well apparently ANYONE can walk in and grab your delivery order without showing an order number because I was told specifically that my order got picked up by someone, and then my driver showed up a few moments later asking for my order by name and they said it was picked up a few minutes earlier. A worker told me this. So not only did they keep my money for an order I never got, keep my 300 Tim's points I used for a free donut I never got, but they allowed some random person to take my order with all my personal info. My phone number, my full name, my home address. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with someone and I received 2 emails replying with someone will get in touch with you in up to 2 business days. Okay well it's been many more than just 2 business days, I have emailed 5+ times, I have not gotten ANY responses, any phone calls that I have requested multiple times and NOTHING has been resolved. I will switch to mcdonalds and starbucks where they at least correct the situation when it's their fault.
