I came to port in my number and one of staff member was working temporarily there. I believe her name was Smriti. Very bad experience, I asked how much time this process will take she replied I don’t know after working 4 months in same job. She was addressing hi man this and that (in very rude tune), overall the communication and customer service was very very poor and unprofessional. It was so hard for me to stand there and tolerant her egotistical attitude and answers. However other staff members seems very nice but they were busy with other customers. 2 Stars for another staff members.

Definately a five star experience. Manohar helped my elderly parents both set up their phones. He was so patient. Would definitely recommend him. I will be back!
