Best experience by far I have had ever in a dentist office. Front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr Lee and his assistant Soohie were kind, helpful, explained the procedure and were fast and efficient. Dr Lee is a very smiley kind man. Never thought I would say I actually enjoyed the experience of getting a root canal. I am new to Calgary and I’ve definitely found my families dentist. Highly recommend this entire office and staff

I always have a great experience when I come to London Square Dental Centre. I had my dental cleaning yesterday and Grace was my dental hygienist. She did awesome job and I feel so happy for my cleaning. The Manager, receptionist, Nurses and Doctors are very friendly and helpful for their patients. I’m so glad to choose for this clinic. Thank you very much for everything you have done for me to keep healthy and safe.

I feel comfortable with the cleaning procedure done by Bina. The front desk staffs Sandra and Katrina are so nice and respectful. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was experiencing a great deal of pain and I can in for the first time and I saw Dr. Fatima. She was very patience and knowledgeable, she examined my tooth and provided her professional advice and together we choose to save my tooth by doing a tooth canal. Dr. Fatima gave me peace of mind and assured me that it is best to save my tooth instead of doing an extraction. I love the service I received and the top notch staffs make the experience very comfortable and relaxing for a dental appointment. The office was very clean and the staffs were very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend all my family and friends to London Dental.

Dr. D and his staff saved my smile and my trip. I got injured on a hike and cracked my front tooth in half. I called London Square and they were able to accommodate me even late in the evening. Dr. D and and Mervic were patient with all my questions. They even comforted and explained everything to my worried family. I am usually very nervous about the dentist and mentally prepare myself for days. Dr. D did not let me feel nervous even for a moment and kept me completely at ease. He talked me through every treatment option and its cost as well as the risks and benefits. Dr. D and Mervic were gentle and checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. It is obvious that they truly care about their patients. It was late and I am sure they were ready to go home, but they took the time to make sure the repair was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. They made me feel like a priority. Dr. D even called the next day to follow up and make sure I was not having pain or issues. The receptionist went over all paperwork for reimbursement by my US insurance and was very friendly and informative. It is difficult to tell there was ever damage to my tooth. Because Dr. D was gentle with his work, my recovery has been quick and I have been able to enjoy my trip. I highly recommend London Square for your dental needs. Dentist did an amazing job, staff were able to book me in quickly to get work done before my benefits ran out. There was very little communication with me while I was getting the work done though. Conversations in a language I didn't understand happened a lot in my room and I wish their communication could've been more pleasant and effective with me. EDIT for their reply: it was a lengthy conversation that took place in my room, less than 1 foot behind me. They took me into the room, seated me, then proceeded to have a long conversation in another language while I sat there confused (in the same room). I have no problem with staff using other languages to communicate better with customers. It would've been nice if someone had just told me what was happening and why I was waiting. Thanks!
