08-08-2023 01:38We had some exterior damage to the mast and the hydro connection at the roofline with this last storm. I called Tyler on a referral from a friend and he took care of the problem the next day. The only thing that held him up was he had to wait for Canadian Niagara power to remove the branch from the Hydro lines, Tyler took care of liaising with Canadian Niagara power and setting everything up. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and very patient with all of my questions and texts. We will definitely be using his expertise again!
