11-08-2023 23:19AMAZING customer service! I ordered a Dometic fridge from CMP and it got lost in transport (not the fault of CMP at all). These guys were amazing and helped me submit a claim with the shipping company. They kept me in the loop on everything throughout the entire process and helped me order a replacement fridge. 12/10 would order from them again!

10-10-2023 14:15I would even say 6 stars, because of Bernie and given more consideration of current dynamics outside of our control Marketing communications were accurate and straight forward with options for shipping, product (powerpack) was as advertised and available. Immediate response from Bernie, via web chat. Bernie answered my concerns, including verifying stock and confirming ETA. Special thought to the the hour I was not expecting a response that quick and thought it would be a bot or some facade (such as thank you for your inquiry we'll respond in 2-3 days) It wasn't a bot looking for a lead or facade it was Bernie who then made the exceptional experience possible. Completed order that day, and Bernie shipped the date mentioned. Following up with tracking information. The powerpack even arrived on the exact day Bernie said half way across. Canada 6-7 days from order confirmation with receipt. Product was received and perceived as brand (original box and package) new in a box. Canpar dropped it even though marked fragile however the proper packaging saved from physical damage Would I purchase again and recommend, if Canadian Marine Parts has Bernie :0), Yes 6 out of 5 stars Gratitude for your support and exceptional service Bernie . 10-01-2023 14:46Tried to confirm stock status on some new boats seats. Sent in 2 requests, got 1 email back after complaining about the lack of response. The email didn't even answer my question. Sent another 2 emails and have gotten no response. Poor customer service. Can't buy anything from them since I can't get any stock status. Had to give 1 star to be able to post this.

05-01-2023 07:43I was going to order something from their website. I had some problems registering an account. The website was so slow that I clicked too many times as it was not responding. Eventually it locked me out. There was no message as to what to do to get it unlocked or contact them. Their website from my experience is lacking.

04-19-2023 12:55I am a purchaser for a boat builder. We were short a Teleflex Capilano Helm Pump for one of our builds, and they are back ordered, and all the usual suppliers had sold their remaining stock some time ago. Canadian Marine Parts was able to track one down for us, and it arrived here in Washington State in a bit over a week. Price was competitive with other 3rd party vendors. We are grateful for CMPs efforts to get this part for us. Scott M. Nordic Tugs Inc.
