From the moment I called to place my order, to the moment I picked up my food, their customer service was on point. You can expect friendly efficient service here! Seriously, the owners seemed so nice that it brightened my mood ☺️ So this is actually the second time that I ordered a 40pcs sushi-sashimi-roll platter. Both times I was given a beautifully arranged platter with generous servings of delicious fresh fish—all for a reasonable price! The value is definitely there. The sashimi was cut even thicker than what you would get at some dine-in restaurants which seriously impressed me 😳 If you're going for pickup, I recommend calling them to order instead of using the online ordering system! Remember to bring cash though since the platters are CASH ONLY if you're using this method. I'm aware that people may not always carry cash on them, but it'll definitely be cheaper (ex. 40pcs platter is $43 before tax vs. $55 before tax/fees on DoorDash) I strongly believe that businesses should get every cent instead of passing a cut of their money to food delivery services! I love supporting smaller businesses so I hope Hin Sushi is here to stay 🙏 TLDR: Fresh and delicious. Generous portions. Beautiful presentation. Reasonable prices. Friendly service.
