I ordered just onion rings. The cost close to 5$. And I got what was in the picture, a deep fried barely breaded ball of onion rings. This location has been declining for the past 8 months and it's sad to see

The employees forgot to give me the sauces I paid for. When I went up to them to get my sauces, they were extremely rude and threw it at me. This is beyond unprofessional and there’s no excuse for this kind of behavior. Do better.

Still no ice one month later??? How can you run a Au0026W with no ice machine!! I will report you to your head office. —————- Food was ok here but there was NO ICE!!! How can you have no ice in the summertime. If they warned me first that they have no ice I would have gone somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible and rude customer service from French woman in her late twenties or early thirties (brown hair in a bun). Her behaviour and attitude completely ruined my appetite and I hope she gets fired!!

Speedy service and hot food. I recieved my order in around a minute and the food was hot!! I like their sweet potato fries and rootbeer but I'm not a fan of their cardboard straws as they lose form quickly. Pleasant first experience at this location.

Very unhappy with my meal. First, cashier had an bad attitude. Au0026W used to be good. I ordered onion rings and there was like 3, extremely salty and in pieces. My friends burger had like 20% of the bacon I had and the hard part of the lettuce, which was not appreciated.

Over the years, I’ve tried their sweet potato fries, regular fries, veggie burger deluxe, buddy burger, and chicken buddy burger and have never been disappointed. The space is always very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Best customer service from any fast food place I’ve been to. Sure it’s a little bit more expensive than you might expect from a fast food restaurant, but it’s definitely better quality. The taste is fresher and the food actually looks like what is being advertised! Would come again.

You want to avoid this place on Sundays. The woman at the cash can't get your order right; she short changed me and I had to correct her. When my food was ready she just stood there and I had to ask for my drink. The man working there with her is just as bad. When I realized she was incompetent while I was ordering, I moved over to the next cash and the man working there would NOT take my order. He told me the woman was better at it so I had to go back to her. Big mistake. I should have just went somewhere else.
