I've been going here for a few years now and I've gotten loads of help. I see Dr Harrison and he is hands down the most down to earth doctor I've ever met. I see Amanda as well, and she is pretty awesome. I hate to drop names, but I have to say it's always wonderful seeing Laura at the front desk. She normally remembers me by name and is so, so kind. Sure there are wait times, sometimes the TV can be loud.. I just pop my headphones in, grab a book and wait, cause it's worth it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Nwankwor, Mental Health can be a difficult topic to acknowledge and discuss. I appreciate his honesty and kindness. He is very understanding and respects your values, works with you individually to find a treatment plan that works for you and within that setting realistic achieveable goals. I have waited a very long time to find a psychiatrist and had extreme anxiety to visit one. Dr. Nwankwor allows you feel at ease, very easy to open up talk to, non judgmental at all! Very professional. I look forward to our sessions and most often always leave with a smile on my face. Highly recommend! Do not believe all negativity that you read! I’ve only ever waited half hour past my scheduled time max which is reasonable. His office decor is warm and inviting and bright, very uplifting environment. Receptionist is always lovely and happy to greet you! Hope this helps 😊

Extremely annoyed and angry. I waited 8 months for an appointment with dr wancore however you spell it and im high risk depressed suicidal and all he says is to talk to a councilor. he WILL NOT let me do the brain shock treatment which i need and i am not impressed how physciatrist treat mentally ill people who need help and this is al lwe get? people wonder why others are suicidal. its all a joke to doctors

I went in with very low expectations after reading reviews. I found the office to be clean, quiet and friendly. I wishing about 10 minutes after my scheduled time and was in( as expected with any clinic) Dr. Udoh was friendly to me, made sure I was comfortable, asked me all their questions ( yes they seem basic but it gets them the info they need. And yes he does enter it on his computer while talking to you but I felt they would get better notes that way anyways) he made sure I understood his diagnosis, gave me a list of options after. I was very pleased with my experience

If he’s a psychiatrist I want to be one as well. I was thinking of suicide with getting 3 hours sleep on average plus a number of other things. He figured that was enough. All he was wanting to talk about if I was going to hurt myself. This was when I was discharged from hospital and not doing to well. I felt worse leaving than I did going in. I stopped seeing him as it got to the point I was thinking about suicide. I got better results from mobile crisis than him. At least they would listen.

Updated Again Regina mental wellness needs to reevaluate how they treat patients. PLEASE PLEASE PROVIDE A WAY FOR PATIENTS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE IF THE FRONT STAFF WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! WE ARE NOT ALWAYS IN A POSITION TO MAKE REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT YOU. HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN WHY WE ARE PATIENTS! Regina Mental Wellness needs to change its approach to client care. #1 Make a better attempt to answer the phone. There’s a consistent pattern of not answering the phone. Why have front desk staff if they won’t pick up? #2 And if they don’t answer the phone, then have the option for clients to leave a message! Some clients already are struggling to even call…why are you making our challenges that more difficult? Do better Regina Mental Wellness!

I often have a very long wait time; I usually expect to wait at least an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The waiting room tends to make me a bit anxious. HOWEVER, Doctor Papish who I see here is the absolute best psychiatrist I have ever had, and seeing her outweighs any negative. I come to Regina on a two hour drive just to see her because it is worth it. After more than 10 years of seeing doctors that seemed to care more about getting the appointment over with quickly so they can move to the next patient rather than actually diagnosing my struggles and helping me manage them, Doctor Papish has been a breath of fresh air and I wish with all my heart that I could have seen her from the beginning. If I had, things might have been a lot better when I was younger. I'm glad I see her now as an adult though, and I hope to be able to see her for a long time.

Extremely kind and caring! He can seem firm, but he's actually very caring and cares about his patients. He's straight up in the best way possible and goes above and beyond because he wants to see you succeed in life. Let's you say what you need or want without negative judgement. Makes good jokes and is fatherly.
