Broad Street Medical Clinic

I’ve been coming here for years because my family brought me here as a child, I came in recently they told me I was 5th in line then they let about 11 people in while I’m waiting, don’t know if they had appointments but, the next day I called and the receptionist told me I can’t make an appointment because I don’t have a doctor there when I’ve been seeing dr a Paul for years. Im changing to north gate medical centre. I don’t recommend this place.

Terrible doctors at this clinic!!! My son had a gash on his chin from an accident at daycare so I took him for a walk in to get looked at, the doctor kept telling him to “stop crying” “calm down” “you need to stop” my son is two and he was cleaning an open wound with alcohol!!! He than refused to treat it and sent us to emergency where the staff was kind and sympathetic to my son and he sat there calmly for them while they glued his wound within 5 minutes!! The difference a good doctor makes!!

Dr. A. Paul is the worst physician I’ve ever seen! He has terrible bed-side manor, abrasive and unprofessional along with him not listening to the patients concerns or story. He tries to rush the patients out of his rooms and he doesn’t care about the actual health of the patients he sees, DO NOT SEE DR. A. PAUL!!!

Everytime I come to this clinic it's for their walk in services. This is such a fast, friendly, efficient clinic. I am so impressed. Today would have been the second time I have been to this clinic. The first was for my partner, this time was for me. We had different doctors both times we went. But both visits were very fast, very friendly and very helpful. I will literally wait for this clinic to have an opening for a family doctor, because I would love to have my family doctor at this clinic. In these times when Healthcare is really lacking in this province, it's amazing to know that there's a clinic in the city, with lots of medical staff. Very impressed. Will be back for sure.

Currently my clinic. Expect to wait quite awhile if you're going in as a walk-in, unless you already have an appointment with your doctor that is. This clinic is better than some others I've been to and it's also in a convenient location with multiple drugstores nearby and an x-ray/blood clinic pretty much on-site. If you have a child and depending on their age, your primary care doctor may be comfortable taking them on as a patient as well. My only issue is that the receptionists aren't up-to-date with health cards. Saskatchewan has a lot of out of province students/families. With my territory, I'm required to keep my own health care card in order to receive student funding help from home. Which makes it hard to check in, as they often have confusion and uncertainty regarding my HCP. Nothing further training can't fix though. Just think they could use a bit more knowledge to avoid unnecessary mishaps. Other than that, I find this clinic to be great now that we're with Dr. Kariko.

I want to tell you I was told by dr at this clinic she would take my husband and I as patients. Within one hour after leaving the clinic I was phoned by a clerk to say there was something on my chart, and she couldn’t take us as patients. I could come back today to walk-in clinic and see her. Bad taste in my mouth. Vjk

Coughing, dizziness and shortness of breath due to inhaling a lot of silica dust after my mask failed. Called the clinic instead of entering because of their covid poster saying to not come in, to call for a phone consultation. The receptionist on the phone said to go somewhere else, no suggestions as to where that somewhere else might be, and then remained silent - no offer of phone consultation, just bluntly stating you can't come here over and over again. There are like 18 symptoms on that poster, so basically if you're not bleeding you're unable to enter.. Super unhelpful and uncaring. I hope when these people need assistance themselves in future that they're given the same amount that they provide....

I would leave a 0 if I could. Talk about the least caring and most self centred arrogant Dr I have ever met. Dr. Curtis does not know what he’s doing and simply does not care. After 7 years of giving him chances, I would not recommend him to treat a sneeze. Had countless blood tests done and have had multiple health professionals tell me that I had a deficiency in this one area and questionable numbers with other tests. He doesn’t even bat an eye. Tells me that everything is normal when my symptoms and tests read otherwise. When I go to get help from somewhere else and have to come back to him for another matter, he ridicules me for going “outside his office” and then tells me he’ll help me, then calls me at 9pm on a Friday night from a private number to tell me he chooses not to help after “thinking about it”. Everything about him is so unprofessional and cringy. One of many examples is, he printed out a requisition for blood work and made me go down the hall to go get it. I had to filter out other peoples private medical records to find my print off requisition. So unprofessional and breaking confidentiality of other patients. Avoid Broad street clinic at all costs. From what I hear from family members, the other physicians in the clinic aren’t much better and the front staff are shiftless and lazy. Make lots of mistakes which result in waiting in the clinic needlessly even after making an appointment weeks in advance. -10/5 stars 👎👎👎👎👎
