Amazing experience with Denise at La-Z-Boy Markham. We needed a recliner but were a bit overwhelmed with all the options available. Denise asked really thoughtful questions to have us think about our needs and what would benefit us. We were never rushed, felt no sales pressure and her product knowledge was incredible. We left the store with a purchase we are confident in and it felt like shopping with an old friend. I would seek her out if you are looking to make a purchase.

Bruce is very patient and knowledgeable. With so many options available, it can be quite overwhelming when making a decision, but we were able to narrow down to what suit our needs once we listed our requirements and constraints. We are excited for our set to arrive. It feels like we are building our own ideal sofa set from scratch. What a unique experience.

Denise with professional knowledge of the products your store has gave me the best advice possible. I have 86 years old Mom at home and her ability to move is very restrictive. As she has a long list of diagnoses one of the doctor's advice was to keep her legs in horizontal position. As the situation was not a standard one and I could not bring my mother in store, I am so thankful to Denise as she asked many questions to understand what will be a best choice for my Mom. When I made a choice it took just minutes to check the availability of the product and making an arrangement for the delivery. It is important to say that all the possible discounts were applied. The recliner was delivered today and my Mom really likes it! It was such a pleasure working with Denise and get the best possible product! We have been to quite a few furniture places as we are looking to furnish our new home. We were thinking that we’d go check out La-Z-Boy to get some ideas / inspiration. We were not planning to purchase anything. However, when we got to the store we were greeted by Steve Kalli who provided us with excellent service. He showed us some options and then told us that the designer Lexie could build our space in a 3D model so that we could get an idea of layout and how things would look. They were both very friendly, took their time with us and did not pressure us to buy. We ended up purchasing 2 couches, 2 accent chairs and a coffee table! Amazing service and would highly recommend.
