Amazing. Staff are phenomenally polite and food and drinks are great, too. Ignore reviews by salty people like Tom Toronto. Yes, I’m name dropping Tom Toronto, who wrote such a salty review that I lost some hope for humanity. This guy says that there were “empty apologies from the clerk, but not enough to write a Google review.” First off, she’s a server, not a clerk. And no one asked you to write a review, you did it because apparently despite being in a rush, you have plenty of time to throw mud at businesses anonymously online. Lastly, “empty apologies”? What did you expect?! A blood sacrifice and an organ donation? Anyway, ignore the salty basement dwellers. This place is great. Support businesses in your community!

Was there for dinner with my group of friends. I believe Alex was serving and apologized for the wait, which was not a problem! Enjoyed the food, especially loved how seasoned the vegetables were.

Ordered through ubereats so didn’t go the the location this time. Have been here in the past and always seemed great on service! love the look of the place and ten ren is a staple name for bubble tea being in Canada for so long! This time we also had the noodles for dinner and all the noodle soups are infused with tea, which is living up to their tea background! You can really taste the tea in the broth which is really nice! The beef was very soft and tender and the chicken and cutlet was nice and crispy even after a car ride over! My winter order from them has to be the ginger milk tea, which has the nice kick of ginger heat! Due to warmer weather, we opted for some refreshing drinks and refreshing it was! Atmosphere was nice, the roof was modern and the walls had posters of bubble tea. My friend and I ordered 2 drinks: 1 regular honey dew milk tea with lychee jelly and 1 regular mango slush with green tea ice cream. However, the waitress gave us a honey dew milk tea with no toppings and a mango slush with lychee jelly, though we made it very clear what we wanted to order. The lady was nice, but the wait time was about 20 minutes, not the 5-10 minutes as we expected. When we got the drinks, they tasted extremely watered down and powdery and in my opinon, i think charging $7 for a 470ml drink is kind of overpriced, especially if 40% of your drink is ice. Overall we were not satisfied with this experience 😔😔😔

We like to come here for dinner and the bubble tea. this one is not my best Ten Ren but we do enjoy the food, drink, the space. we order take out for popcorn chicken, it is quite good. Staff is friendly

If you are looking to get a refreshing drink on summer day, it is a right place to go. They have a great selection of tea. You can order it hot or cold. Love it. Clean. Quick service.

Took one star off for service...the female waitress did not even smile once, seemed very cold. Weekend menu is different from than of weekdays. No noodles to choose for set meals, only rice is offered. Hot taro tea was good, but the Ten Ren on Hwy 7 has more taro flavour. Like the location. Didn't notice other Chinese eatery nearby.

Customer service at this location was pretty good as they responded to our needs quite promptly, however there was a stain on the table and even after asking for a towel to clean the table we were unfortunately neglected. I ordered the 'Tea flavoured sausage u0026 minced pork w/egg' since the picture made it look like there was a lot of sausage for $10.99. When it arrived, the amount of sausage was less than expected and before making a complaint, I then realized that the menu states Images are for reference only. The takoyaki I ordered was $6.99 for 6 and at first bite I thought there was no tako inside but after chewing several times I finally found a take inside but it was just really small. The food was pretty good but in conclusion I will probably not be coming back to this location again.
