adidas Originals Store - Markville

Today I got my wallet back, which was lost last Friday. Stephan did an amazing job finding a way to connect with me on Facebook, despite having little information about me. I'm very grateful to all the staff that helped me get my wallet back and provided amazing service.

The manager Jeff helped me to match up my outfits and he is knowledgeable for the characteristic of the quality to get to the comfort level I want. Staffs are friendly, the girl named Rakel was very polite and she smiles at all times

not nice cashier white skin skinny young guy who cash me out as I bought 2 items . I showed him the bar code on my adidas app from my phone so I would know how many points I have and if I can redeem any so I can apply it on my purchase BUT he refused it he doesn’t even ask my email address to double check my points or if I have any discounts that I can use, he just said it’s only for student SPC which I don’t understand coz i always used the bar code on my app to collect points whenever I go to other adidas branch. Very arrogant! I felt unwelcome by this specific cashier

Melanie helped me to find the right sizes even though they didn't have the right size for me. Super friendly and of course helpful will be back again

Never trust this store, 0 customer service. I just almost 3 weeks ago got the walking shows from this location for my travel on turkey, the first day I found out this shows has problem so after I finished my trip I came back to store to exchange it, but first, the gentleman here who was on charge asked me to call customer service hahaha, he didn’t know before I come here I have already been on the phone with them for an hour and they asked me to go to store for exchange and when I come back here they told me to call customer service we can’t change it!!! Don’t buy Adidas if you buying don’t buy from here…

What an amazing experience. My wife and I visited this store today and had the pleasure of be assisted by Stephan. He was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about all the products my wife and I were looking at. He helped me with sizing and though I was hesitant with the colors of the shoe I was interested in, they unfortunately not have other variations in stock, however, he showed me other available colors online and placed them on order for me. The manager on duty was Mike, who was also extremely helpful in making my decision. My wife and I have shopped in many various stores and can probably count on one hand where we received service at this level. Adidas Head Office, these two employees deserve a raise for representing your company in this manner. Well done guys and thank you for making this purchse experience such a great one! We will be back.
