I came in 30 mins before closing the day before Black Friday. Empress stayed behind even though it was past her shift and patiently assisted me thru many complicated steps to switch my plan from business to consumer, upgrade phone and new plan! Even Francis and Dale assisted! What a friendly and team oriented staff!

I messaged Dale about my cell phone plan wanting to see if there were options to lower my monthly bill. In a matter of minutes Dale messaged me back saying he had already switched me over, the lower price and higher GB! It felt like he waived his magic wand and poof - my wish was fulfilled!!! Thank you so much Dale for being so responsive and so fast! Thank you for saving me money on my cell phone bill. You are a wizard!

Francis at Rogers Bow Valley Square was awesome, he went out of his way to help me as my situation is a bit unusual when it comes to dealing with my and my daughters phones since we are a great distance apart. I really commend Francis on his Customer service and willingness to really try and find the best options for my situation.
