Worst insurance place ever. On 2 separate occasions we have been served by completely incompetent representatives. Transferring and insuring a vehicle should take minutes not hours. Paying a violation ticket should be a simple task. The wait times, and then hoops they make you jump through for simple everyday transactions is ridiculous. Oh and then to blame the customer for their(the agents) inability to do their job. I wish I could give 0 stars. Will not be returning. Note: Chelsea in licensing is great but she's the only one to date.

Ii went to the Sooke office this afternoon to renew my driver's license and I had a very good experience. I only had to wait for less than a minute to be served by Bree. She was very pleasant, professional and efficient. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will never go to another ICBC office ever. This is the place to go especially if one lives in the Western communities. I highly recommend it.
