I have never had such Godsmack unbelievably over whelming awful experience with this company. I canceled my rental house insurance and the person I was dealing with said, my last month's will be free. I thought how wonderful, he told me if for some reason if it is automatically taken out of your account. No worries we will automatically put it back in. I found out later that is not true so they issued me a check, that I received and cashed. Then I get an email from the insurance broker stating that the money was automatically put back in my bank account,which it was not according to the bank and online banking, now they want me to pay the money back. It has been awful, all the staff does is constantly talk and talk and talk and they talk over you. I actually had a representative say to me well that's so cool, I've never heard such professional words before lol. This has been an incredibly awful Journey with this insurance company. The young lady I spoke to today spoke for 6 and 1/2 minutes, and when I asked her if I could talk now she said no, she heard me talk long enough,phenomenal.

Renewed my car insurance and Tracy was friendly and efficient. I dropped in and didn’t have to wait at all, the entire team working today was great. I’d definitely recommend this branch. A very pleasant experience, and I had been dreading it.
