11-16-2023 05:51My order been wrong couple times but this employee is not there anymore . too many time they close the front counter and only serve the drive thru , she said they don’t have enough staff , I said maybe I can help I need a job , the lady came and said ok give me your info . The blond young man said NO very rude . I didn’t understand why ? Is it because I am native ? Tim Horton is a business from my dad’s home town . Cochrane Ontario I know Tim Horton since I am young I was going there way before they opened more restaurant all over canada . The first tim Horton have a polar bear on it , the polar bear is the emblem of cochrane Ontario . Many native work there . I found this young man pretty racist and he is not even a manager he is a simple student employee . Not surprise if they don’t have enough staff . Oh they ire people from all over the world except the people that was here first . Let me remind tim Horton that this location is on an unceded land . I am on my territory and he is not . Maybe he should go back in France if he don’t like anishnabe people . After they say native don’t want to work ? We do want to work it’s the employer who doesn’t want to ire us . The interac payment is broken it’s been over 2 years , my card got cancelled 3 times and when I told the girl about the problem she answered me she don’t have the time to talk about that issue , it’s not hard to tell the owner about the issue . When you press a button it’s doing 5 star instead of one . She said just press the yellow button and count the stars . The time it takes to pay is taking way too much time . Those small star are hard to see when you have vision impairment . It’s not hard to replace the machine , specially after 2 years I am telling them about that problem . Each time the answer was .. it’s not my problem . But it’s my problem to have my bank card cancelled so many times, are they the one who have to go to my bank in ottawa to fix my card ? They simply don’t care about the customer . I wrote to the head office about the problem a year ago and it’s still didn’t get fixed . The manager told me to just tap my card , I don’t have the tap option on my card to protect me against theft , even my credit card don’t have it , I put my code on it also and I don’t put my cards on my phone either . Those interact machine need to be changed , they would pass so many more customer if this machine was working properly . Instead of taking 30 sec to pay it’s taking 5 min . And while I struggle to count the little star the line up is so long people are waiting outside the entrance door . It’s a bad way to do business if you need 5 min to pay a 2,70$ coffee . Each time I told them about the issues she answered me very rudely , she clearly don’t know how to speak to people . This employee is a manager I presume , she walk around with the drive thru head set and she can’t walk and chew gum at the same time .

10-10-2023 04:21Go in to get and ice capp. Was ignored for about 5 minutes while one of the staff. Was cleaning. When they finally acknowledged me. They said the counter was closed go through the drive-thru. I then suggested to maybe lock the restaurant doors next time if they were closed. I just got a dirty look. The right thing to do would be just to take my order since they forgot to lock the doors and I was already there. No common sense from this staff. Sad. Avoid this one.
