The reason I gave 2 stars is that every time I order Dark roast DD with espresso shot they messed up the order and sometimes they give it without espresso shot, which I paid for it. I will try to avoid this Tim’s.

Bad service. I ordered two sandwich and waited at least 35 minutes maybe more for them. I had my drinks first. I was disappointed when they said they didn't see one of the sandwich in the order even thought I order it and PAYED for it. I do not recommande this place at all. VERY disappointed.

Absolutely rude and miserable . Quit your job if you hate it that much

As much as I find the people to be friendly, they make quite a lot of mistakes. Now, this is not strictly a problem with this location, it happens everywhere but De La Savane is the location I use the most. So many times I have driven away only to find there was no cream or sugar in my drinks or not the amount that I asked for (3 cream u0026 2 sugar instead of 2 cream u0026 3 sugar as requested). Also, and one of the most annoying things to me is when I order a 10 box of assorted Timbits and find only 3 different flavours in it. I know there are more than 3 flavours of Timbits so it boggles my mind as to why it is so hard to get an actual assortment. This mornings order through Skip The Dishes was the worst as they gave me 5 Chocolate and 5 Birthday. If someone who works there is reading this, I hope you bring this to someone attention and fix the issues.
