Service was unattentive, even though it was just my daughter and myself in the restaurant for lunch. Given Luke warm water that smelled like bleach. Twice I had to get up and ask for service at the front desk. Ordered vegetarian spring rolls served with fish sauce. Spent 90 bucks. Won't be back. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because no one died from the food.

I have been a semi-regular customer for a while and usually their food is quite decent. Enough for my to bring my guests and sisters to this place when they are in town. However today we had an absolutely dreadful experience. First of all my wife's order was wrong, despite it being the same order as another of our party. Then, I ordered rice. Apparently however they had run out of rice. They only informed me of this when they were bringing out the food for the rest of my table. They asked if I would like noodles instead, and I agreed but specified I would not like vermicelli. So guess what they brought out, just by the time the rest of my table was finishing their food? When I sent it back the waitress became quite upset with me that I didn't like vermicelli because it was her favorite. She asked why I didn't ask for coconut rice instead. You had coconut rice all along?? I should have left then but decided I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. So I said I'd be quite happy if they gave me a chow mein to go instead, since everyone at the table had finished and I was still hungry. They said unfortunately they were closing, but they would this time because I was a regular customer... and that it would be an extra charge....of $1. This they were quite firm on. Writing this review breaks my heart because I did like this place before. But after giving them multiple opportunities to make it right they just could not come through. Apparently this is all store policy. So they have lost a lifelong customer and likely the years of other people I would have brought in here.

Recently visited as it was one of my favourite restaurants. Prices have gone significantly up and quality has degraded. What really surprised me was the fact they are giving you the bill with 15% mandatory tip included without notice. They'd get better from me if it was voluntary. Again changes should be communicated ahead of time.

I go here often. Their English is not the greatest. But it’s good most of the time. This time I asked for extra sauce 5 times and she even showed me which one and I said yes. Then I get home and only 1 sauce. The kicker is they even charged me for the extra sauce. Very poor management. Also check out the fresh spring rolls. Have you ever seen them open on both ends like this ?

If I could give them no starts I would! Me and my sister went for dinner last night waited ten mins for them to take our order then 25 min for our food and then they tried to give us our smoothies when our meal was over. It was just so bad and they were not even busy. Zero apologies.

Used to be my favourite Viet restaurant, but the prices have significantly gone up and service and quality has gone down. Language barrier with some of the newer servers which made it difficult to ask for things like dipping bowls, normally comes out with the Pho soups.

Very strange service here. We seemed to have 2 different waiters which is already odd. First one asked my BF his order and instead of turning to me he just goes what else? Like excuse me? He gave us warmer than room temp water to drink and did not warn my BF about the Thai hot red pepper that came in his dish (he likes spice but this was the spiciest thing he'd ever tried! Maybe give people a heads up?) Waiter 2 was an older person who insisted on packing up our leftovers for us as if we were children...he grabbed the chopsticks off the table (who knows how clean it is) and scooped my stuff into the box. My bf had to tell him 3 times he would do it himself and the guy told him how he should pack it up it was soo strange. 3 stars for food being good but the waiters need training

Delicious food...good service but felt like we were being seated in the middle of an empty restaurant, and asked to be seated elsewhere more comfortable. She said they were busy and a lot of tables weren't clean. We did sit elsewhere though, but the lights in the ceiling flickered the entire time we were there. A bit annoying for sure. The food was really good...service was super friendly but needed a tad more attention (needed more drinks).
