Ordered take out. Ordered around 2 p.m. on a Sunday and advised it would be ready in 15 - 20 minutes. New something was wrong right away. Food was not fresh. Chicken balls were as hard as a rock had to use a knife to cut. Everything tasted stale. Will not be ordering from them again.

This is my first time ordering from here. I got takeout and it was here very fast, I wasn't expecting it so soon 😁 it's looks and taste absolutely amazing, I think they might be stepping up their game. Everything is cooked beautifully.

WORST food ever. The chicken fried rice tasted like burnt oil and was swimming in grease. Lemon chicken was a whole chicken breast battered and deep fried with sauce on the side. I suspect the chicken was going bad because it was so over cooked and hard you couldn’t even cut it with a knife, let alone eat it. The contents of the bo bo tray was overcooked and dry. The egg rolls and chicken balls were good and tasted like they were fresh and the lo mane was ok. I only wanted the egg too young and when I took the lid off the dish it was a gross gray Color like it had been cooked in a dirty pan. I felt under the weather today and thought it would be a nice treat to get Chinese food. We only get it about once or twice a year because it’s so expensive. I’ve never been so disappointed. Shame on you Chopstick house.

My favourite place for crab rangoons. Not everyone's preference but I rather enjoy them! Service is fast especially when doing pick up. Delivery is pretty quick, too! My only complaint is that I don't end up with enough fortune cookies for my family of 5 when I order. I get one for each dish but we usually only buy 4.

Exactly what I’m looking for when I want Chinese food takeout. Good fried rice, good chicken, good sauce (comes on the side for maximum sauciness). Sadly did not enjoy the egg roll or spring roll. Tastes really good as leftovers, which is key.

Stopped in for lunch with my son. The one table they had was dirty and no washroom to use (so we opted to eat in the car). I had combo 11 u0026 he had 3. It was ready within a couple minutes u0026 sitting on the FLOOR when we got back from using the facilities at Tim Horton’s across the street (should have stayed there to eat). Everything was precooked u0026 reheated with sauces ON THE SIDE. it wasn’t worth $5.00 yet alone the $12 u0026 $13 we paid. The general tso sauce was more like teriyaki as it had no spice. I asked for extra plum u0026 soy u0026 he said it was all in the stapled shut bag (only 1 packet of plum u0026 2 soy). I asked for hot sauce u0026 he said no, because the general tso was hot enough (it had no heat to it). The chicken was over cooked u0026 hard as a rock. Really really bad u0026 there are so many Chinese places in London, I encourage you to avoid this one. It was not at all good.

Order n delivery were good. We ordered dinner for 3. The chicken wings were deep fried in old oil which made them taste fishy, the noodles were dried out with too much soya sauce on them and the chicken was grey n rubbery. Very disappointed

I've been ordering from here since the late 1970's. Over the past couple of years I've noticed a decline in the food. As of last night, I'm never ordering from there again. The taste of the food did not taste as it should in addition to everything being too salty. We threw it out. A lot of money wasted. Congratulations Chopstick House, you've lost a 45 year customer. New Spring will be my go to.
