The repair work completed by Pfaff Autoworks on our 2018 Tesla Model X was outstanding. The repairs completed were to the rear passenger-side fender and a little bit to the passenger-side Falcon Wing door. I don’t know how they did it, but the car looked brand new after we got it back. I also really appreciated the thorough cleaning and detailing of the car after the repair work was done. That’s such a nice touch. In total, the work took 38 days to complete. I’m not sure if this is long based on industry standards, but I don’t mind waiting for good work. As Orson Welles said, “We will have no wine before it’s time.”

I dealt with Mindy and it was an outstanding experience. I had concerns about paint match and having a seamless repair on my car and Mindy assured me she would be able to deliver - and she did. My Audi looks better than when it left the showroom. She delivered exactly what she promised and she went above and beyond. Repair only took a little over a week, she arranged the rental for me and it was a completely seamless and painless experience. On top of that she literally delivered my car to me because I was at work. Thanks again Mindy it was a great experience and you have a client for life! My Audi looks great.

Insisting to have Pfaff Autoworks work on my Audi was the best decision. It was very clear from the very beginning that I was dealing with the right place. From original parts to exceptional customer service! Mindy was very accommodating and made the entire process pleasant and painless and the car looks like new!!!

They did a great job at detailing my car, it looked very clean and neat when I picked it up. The only thing was that the repair took a lot longer than expected. Every time I was given an approximate pickup date, it always ended up changing. It’s understandable that they had to order parts and also not enough labour hours, but it would be great if they had better communication skills in providing updates. The receptionists are usually helpful when I call in, but it’s difficult to get in contact with the specific customer rep that was assigned to my vehicle (email/phone). They overall did a good job on the repair.

I’ve taken my car to Pfaff for paint work twice now. Both times have been exceptional. Mindy had everything processed and my car booked in within 2 weeks. The quality of paint work when I got the car back surpasses what was on the car from factory. Highly recommend them.
